Introducing lean does not only take a Lean expert but also calls for a manager of changes. Introducing the Lean tools is the task of the Lean Black Belts, however, results will only be achieved if the introduced tools are practised and applied, and this task is overseen by managers who have completed the Lean Executive training. The manager of changes with an appropriate scope of responsibility and the Lean Black Belt complement each other’s work. Therefore, Lean Executive training is for those managers who are committed to the Lean philosophy. |
The two day training provides an insight of the following areas:
- Strategic planning, defining goals, following up measures.
- Value stream planning.
- Supporting and coordinating improvement projects.
- Defining and recognising value and value adding.
- The Lean tools and their application.
